A mobile website for a company in Dubai

Hi All, We have a mobile website that needs some new modifications. We already have the new design and all the requirements, we just need someone to implement them. The website contains a registration form, that will connect to a MYSQL database and enter some data, and then should send some Ids to Sales Force, which is very easy to implement, where we can provide the code for Sales Force that will trigger on each submission. We need someone who is experienced with mobile website development, we have a couple of sliding menus that MUST be very elegant and smooth. Of course, the website MUST be perfect on all mobile phones, all screen sizes, operating systems and platforms. Our main priority is time, we need someone to do all the modifications within a one week period.
