App that shows the most popular #hashtags across platforms and shows most relevant content on these hashtags like google

I want to create a mobile app that will show most popular #hashtags it will work accordingly: 1) Will show most popular #hashtags of the day via getting/analyzing hashtag data across many platforms (i.e twitter,facebook , instagram , thumblr , etc) and will show a Top 10 List. 2) Most popular hashtags can be streamlined according to the sub-detailes (i.e most popular hashtags according to a location i.e switzerland , most popular hashtags according to genders , most popular hashtags according to ages) - These feature is not the most critical one if it makes the project very difficult , it can be done at a later stage. 3) When people click to the hashtag they want, they will find the most relevant content according to the hashtag. Tool will bring the most relevant and most popular hashtags on that content across platforms (youtube , twitter , thumblr etc) according to likes , shares , re-shares etc etc. Tools should show the most relevant hashtags according to algorithm in a nice way (since all platforms have different sizes, types it needs to show in a nice graphical way) Looking forward to talk furthe ron the project
