Catlogue APP for I-Phone, I-Pad and Android

I need to create an APP that works in I-Phone 4, 4s and 5 and also in Android. The App taht I need is similar to one called WISH that could be dowload in APP store please review the app before posting. (no facebook login for the project) The project is based on women cloth and there are going to be different categories and in each category for example women bra there are diferent products and each product has sizes ans colors. The aprox od products is going to be 300 but I need to be abble to create in the administrative part of the App new products or specify diferent colors or specs. The App is going to manage payment process with a local payment porcesor calles PAGOS ONLINE and also for international users PAYPAL. In WISH you could look almos all the funtionalities that I need such as Categories, Notifications, Activity that is going to be related to facebook login, wish list, recomend so a friend, and shopping cart.
