I have worked on GeoLocation API's , Google Map API V2 for various projects. this one can be completed very easily Requirements: 1) Can you be more clear on what do u mean by " exact location around the city itself." Do you need to save and display locations where you had checked-in? Or is it any other requirement? 2) Do u need Only Android or iPhone,blackberry also?
