Create a Mobile Website for a Custom Build CMS

Hello fellow designers We have a custom built CMS website which is up and running now. We checked our records and decided to add mobile feature to our website according to screen sizes. We dont want m or mobile extension in the beginning or end of the domain. It has to be responsive web design which would suit to Iphone, Ipad and other android phones. It needs to be fast as many people use 3G internet rather than Wifi connections. Mainly visitors use Iphone and Android phones. Further details will be given to winning bidder. Also i have simple ideas about how the mobile layout shoud be. We can discuss this matter once you place your bid. We would not like anyone to use ready mobile web site builder. I wont accept any bid which doesnt have and feedbacks. Also we need to see at least 5 projects done by you. Will provide all necessary information and help on php and pages also layouts. Also i would like to hear your comments and helps to improve existing design. This could be a another job to redesign the whole site in near future as we want to improve the speed and clear all bugs in design coding. Kind Regards
