Design and prototype my phone app

You will provide a design for review and approval based on provided documents, then you will provide an online functional protoype for review and approval, finally you will develop the final application for iphone, ipad, android, and windows phone platforms. I am developing a mobile phone application that gives the user a parenting course on their phone. I've created a file that has simple drawings with notes on how the app will functionally work and a page from the class workbook to give you the color scheme and style that the application should match for its design. This first phase of the project is to provide a design based on the provided workbook for review and approval, plan for two iterations of reivew for this phase. Second phase is providing and an online prototype of the application that we can test the look, feel and function, plan on two review/revisions for this phase Third phase develop the app for ipad, iphone, droid,and windows phone platforms. You will warranty the final app free of bugs. Please provide a fairly detailed approach including how you will provide the online prototype, give us relevant examples of your work, and any other details that would make you and/or your team a great candidate for this project.
