Develop iPhone/iPad app game

I need an experienced and creative developer who can help guide me through the process, which is a must, to program this game for an iPhone/iPad app. The user will be able to use two pictures (self/someone else) could be celebrities taking from internet, to create a baby. The baby will be use throughout the game. The user is resposible for caring for the baby through baby, toddler, kid, teen, and adult stages. The caring of the baby will be in a house ( House of choice by user) in which once the baby grow to toddler stage, user has an option to produce another baby,the same way the first was produced or continue raising the original baby. While caring for the baby user will earned points (coins) and can buy from store. *The object is to raise (care for) as many kids as possible to adults. The more grand kids you have, the more weathly you become. I would like the app to be free with advertisements. Please inform me if any of this project has to be outsourced out by you.
