App using Pokemon Go / Ingress map technology. Must be able customize map!

Need a very experienced mobile app developer. We would like to first create the app on IOS and then move on to Android. In short, we need to make use of the map system that Ingress / Pokemon Go uses. The map will be heavily customized in terms of look and feel. The app would also have functionality to purchase tokens/leaving comments/and much more. We would also need another simple app where "merchants" can post things (think Uber & Uber Driver) I have a mock up and you will be working with me closely from start to finish. This is a startup company and we will be looking for a full time developer in the future either at our Los Angeles office or remote. We hope that it can be your team.
