I need a native app. It should target android devices. I would like it designed and coded. The interface has to be similar to WhatsApp. The app allows you to have chat with strangers. It should show all the online users and anyone can chat to any user online. everything will be same as whatsapp..the only difference is this app doesn't ask users phone number and no contacts details is accessed from phone book. Rest everything would be same like attachment sending..status, profile picture, block user..
