Create a custom Android Cordova Plugin Keyboard with Specifications

READ JOB FULLY! QUESTIONS WILL BE ASKED! KNOW JAVA!! ADVANCED DEV'S ONLY PLEASE! Create a CUSTOM keyboard that works on Cordova as a plugin version 4.1 and beyond. The keyboard that emerges when using native apps like Twitter, Facebook etc. (see attached image) that has an emoji toggle button, and autosuggest word-correct would be ideal, but that needs to function within our Cordova web view. Ionic keyboard does not work and cannot be modified as it does not detect hardware back button press. We need to detect this so this must be an original custom keyboard that can detect back button press when adjustNothing is used. If you can find a way that we can access this native keyboard that may work. We will need the plugin to allow us the ability to modify keyboard via plugin settings with a programmatic way to turn keyboard auto suggest on/off, to know when the Android drops the keyboard via back button, and when it needs to open. We also need to be able to add our own emoji to the keyboard emoji. If you look at the example images, the native keyboard in Twitter gives the user Android Emoji, then swipe to see twitter emoji. We want our own. Because we also have a specific emoji icon in our input field, we also need a programmatic way to show keyboard emoji's via the toggle that is in addition to the emoji on the keyboard which does the same thing. There is a keyboard on Envato that we downloaded but it flickers (which there can be none of) and it slow. This needs to be very fast with good clean code.
