Create iOS app that reads data from website, know php, modify existing app

We tend to work with 4-5 milestones. 1st milestone (few days to a week) – A rough working beta version stage 1 2nd milestone (few days to a week) – Changes from beta version 1 to create beta version 2 3rd milestone (few days to a week) – changes from beta version 2 to create alpha version 1 4th milestone (few days to a week) – changes, if any, from alpha version 1 to alpha version 2 5th milestone (few days to a week) – upload to iTunes, await approval. Developer must be enthusiastic and willing to work with us. We do expect most jobs to go for about 3-6 weeks depending on complexity, and expect waiting periods in between as we deliberate for changes and improve the app via multiple people testing. We don't like to rush people that will end up affecting quality of work. Chosen developer is also expected to wait for approval for our app to be accepted on iTunes, to ensure that their coding is of good quality and they are expected to fix it before final milestone is released. iTunes does take a week or so to approve so take in consideration for this waiting time too. Extra notes: App developer/s need to have a strong sense of attractive design and a good to advanced knowledge of making apps. Logo has already been done. Before proceeding to code, app developer need to present some mock-ups of what the app is going to look like, screen by screen so that we can approve. KEY FEATURES: First of all, you would need to know php and work with information feed from a website that will be shown on an app. The data from the website will automatically show up on the app under the text filed "Downloads","Sales", "Proceeds" and "Timeframe". The website will have a login that we want to access to enter the data ourselves. For example there will be table for "Downloads","Sales", "Proceeds" and "Timeframe" and we can enter a value in any of them. For instance, we enter a value of "20" under "Downloads" on the website and on the app the value of "20" will appear, just below the "Downloads" row. If we enter a value of "10" for "Sales" on the website, then that value will appear on the app, just below "Sales" and so on. The app user will get a notification on their iPhone or iPad, those values have been inputted. We actually already have an existing app that works already in this manner and we just need to modify the code and re-skin the look of the app to suit this new app. See attached rough draft screenshots to know what we mean. It is merely a matter of re-skinning (changing graphics and icon) and changing where the data is obtained from since we have all the files and the API and it's all ready to go. We also have the website subdomain that we can create and supply the website control panel login for you to do this. There will be an Android version for this, so please create and design with that in mind. Please explain how you will do this as this can greatly increase your chances of being chosen for the job.
