Create an mobile application for iPhone and android app

I need a fairly basic app for Apple as well as Google play Basically all it will be will be embedding a URL but typing in the first half that will concatenated here’s an example. The last part of the URL will always be the same. .[login to view URL] So the client types in exp1 it should take you to [login to view URL] Once it logs in for the first time it needs to save that information so next time they click on the app it will be preloaded and also the ability to clear it out if necessary. My software is written with the front end utilizing bootstrap and works great on mobile devices I just would like to have people be able to go to the app store and get in be able to login. I also will need direction and how to list both in this book I’ve enclosed the icon.
