Create the 3D earth like google Earth

i want to create a software like google 3D earth, but not as complicated as google 3D earth. i wanna great nice 3D earth design. Also, i can great the 3D line (like 3D airplane's airway)between two distance. Search engine is required. for instance, first, system should ask to get my current location or setting my home location by users, when users make the reservation of hotels or airplane( do worry about the reservation system, i have done it already, just give me access that i can combine these two part) and the payment is complicated, the 3D line would created by itself on 3D earth. If users cancel the reservation, the line would be disappeared. I am a student, i currently do not have too much budgets, but if you done so well, i will give more reward. thanks :)
