Users must be able to: - Create and manage group of friends/players - Manage weekly/monthly sports matches (As events on Facebook) - Rank other players for theirs skills - Shuffle teams based on the ranks for a specific event - Integrated Real-Time Chat within the app (So people would rather chat and organize in the app, not on a WhatsApp group) - Create and manage polls (Such as: Who was the best/worse player this week?) - Create and manage the group/team badge/logo Sports unions like these often require monthly fees. For example, amateur soccer groups need to rent a venue monthly, so they can book a specific time gap (1,5-2h) to play each week, on the very same day. Considering that, the money gathering should be integrated, with API support of PayPal, for example. So everyone could just transfer in a minute the required amount to a Group Account, managed by the admin of each group. I don't how difficult it is to transfer the app to a desktop version of some kind, but the priority here is to offer a great app service, which I see as a great opportunity in my local market, and probably everywhere else.
