Disability App

This app is for psicomotive children affected by language problem. It works just pressing button, the child can see a color or image, and hear the sound at the press, for understand the way to communicate his needs to people around you. This app born for my Child Sofia, and i want to publish the final project into App store, and then into google play, for children with same problem (autism, or other). Simply: The app have 4 type of layout. Any button need to be personalized by Color, or Image, and by a Sound. a TEST button is needed because when the settings is done, and the layout is started, is not possible to BACK (because back button cause problem to accindental click by childs) so when the layout is started unic way for change it is "Close app, and restart". I know the app world, i'ved an a web agency/app developers, 4 years ago, ad we developed some app. But is 2 years i not have Apple account, so opening account consulting is appreciated. My Developers friends is full of job now, so they cant develop this in short time, but they suggest me to publish project here, because is not hard job to do. N.B. The app layout and UI is just a suggestion, if you have a short and more efficient way for do it, my hears is opening for listen your purpose or changes.
