1. INTRODUCTION Hello. I have experience making games and general applications in C# (please see my portfolio). 2. MY STRONG ABILITIES 2.1. General code in C#. 2.2. Game code using XNA Framework 4.0. 2.3. Game code using DirectX 9 Managed. 2.4. Game scripting using Unity 3D. 2.5. Path-finding with A* algorithm. 2.6. Textures, backgrounds and low-poly 3D models. 2.7. Applications using Windows Forms. 3. ABOUT YOUR PROJECT 3.1. Just to be sure: you're referring to "The Settlers of Catan" game, right? 3.2. I need to know more details as to how you want this game to look and behave: 3.3. With what engine do you want it developed (XNA, DirectX, Unity, SlimDX, ...)? 3.4. For which platform(s) is this game intended? 3.5. Should it have 2D or 3D graphics? 3.6. Are the graphic assets available (textures, backgrounds, models) or they need to be created from scratch? 3.7. Should it have multiplayer, or just AI, or both? 3.8. I can make support for sound effects and music, but I'm not good at actually making the wav and mp3 files myself, so they'll have to be created or purchased from somebody else. 3.9. The time and price from my bid are orientative only, the definitive ones will have to be agreed based on the answers to the questions above and based on any other requests you might have. 3.10.
