I need a windows based application which can be used to manage the documents which I get from different people and also keep track of the pending details. I can upload my documents and can send email to the respective person if required. This would be a simple one page application. And my budget is max of $75 rest I will explain to the deserving bidder. And I need this app done in 1 days maximum. if you can then only bid.
