Code Review: C# app. connected to SQLServer and FoxPro

We have a C# application (.NET) in Visual Studio 2008, that transfers data from a FoxPro database to another FoxPro database, reading info from a SQLServer 2005 database, too. Application runs on a Windows Server. From time to time, the application crashes and we don't know the reason. We have seen different errors (OutOfMemory, Unhandled Exception, ...). We need someone with experience to review the code in detail (about 1500 lines of code) in order to find defects that could cause these failures or other possible ones. We would like to receive a report showing what has been assessed (checklist?, ...) and results. Work should start by end of this week.
