Convert xhtml/asp website to aspx - repost 2

We need our website [login to view URL] converted to Visual Studio 2010 C# ASPX code. There is also the small subdomain [login to view URL] The website is manually coded in html with some style sheets,plus it has a js menu and uses js called HighSlide for viewing images. The website also currently includes approx 6 asp forms etc. The reason for doing this is: 1. Make the website updating easier 2. Remove all depreciable code such as 3. Get rid of OR IMPROVE the current JS menu system. Information Added March 28 2013 This is to be hand coded - no CMS is to be used. It is ok if the site looks similar to what it currently does now. This website is hosted at [login to view URL] and we are working on it now converting from PHP. The site is relatively simple we have coded it ourselves manually in HTML, all the text is readily available for fast cut and paste because the current html structure is excellent. The Training SubDomain cannot currently be seen but it is here [login to view URL] All project and source code is to be provided to us as part of this project. Website work must be completed by the end of April 2013 We are C# software developers ourselves and have manually coded each page, however we have been WinForms developers since VS2005 and simply need an experienced aspx person to get us started.
