CMS : Single Property Rental Website

For a single property rental, a CMS website that would allow the property owner to manage website content, their availability calendar, guests and very basic accounting. The website would be adapted to various clients by just changing the CSS and a few images or uploading templates. Will require localization as website will be in English and French at first. • Front-end: - Link to related properties (same owner) - Property Overview main photo - Property description and up to 12 photos - Property geographic location and driving directions - Property Availability calendar - Property rental pricing per period and rental terms (html) - Property details and amenities - Reservation inquiry form ---> SMTP email - Guest book and rating • Back-end admin (5 tabs): - Logo selection from file - Color scheme selection (1 color only) - Related properties - Property details: type (apartment, house etc.) ,size, number of guests, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, swimming pool... - Property description text - Property photos: the admin can upload up to 12 photos of the rental property. Clicking on a thumbnail will open the photo and user will be able to browse through the photos. (<< previous | next >>). Click here for a demo. Image title and description are not required. Ideally, thumbnails and images should be automatically resized upon upload to fit (thumbnail: 140px x 105px). - Property location and driving directions: closest airport, closest train station, closest highway - Availability calendar: admin can block dates in the calendar for periods that have been booked or when the property is not available for booking. Periods are blocked on a weekly basis from Saturday (arrival) to Saturday (departure). Owner should be able to fill in each blocked period with the following details : - Blocked for rental, Indicate: - Guest name, guest contact information... - rental price and payments received and balance owing - Radio buttons will indicate "Security Deposit Received": "No", "Yes" and "Refunded" - A multiline textbox for comments - Blocked by owner: check box indicating "owner occupied" - Moderate Guest book comments and ratings - Advanced configuration: SMTP and language selection (English/French) Please provide examples of previous work.
