CRE loaded store (making an independent copy instructions)

I have a very simple request, I just don't have the time to figure it out myself. I would like someone to write (or copy from an instruction manual, or whatever) step by step instructions on how to make an independent copy of my current store (oscommerce CRE loaded version 6.2 B2B). I'm planning to setup a number of additional stores soon, some of which will be on the same hosting under a different domain name and others on new hosting. I would rather know how to do it myself rather than rely on services every time I want to do something. The instruction would include how to setup a new database, changing the [login to view URL] to point to the new database and domain name, what I would need to do if I want a blank database on the new site, and what I would need to do if I want the same database as my prior website on the new site, and all other necessary changes.
