However, after reading through it a few times I think I understand the requirements, but still have some questions and comments. GUI Do you have any user interface in mind, maybe a designer is involved? I’m imagining the calendar view with boxes for the days (like a typical calendar) where taping a box changes the type of day. Further, a view for the daily schedule. For the input screen (sleep & wake) you really wanna make it as frictionless as possible so that people bother to enter the data. Data Persistence Obviously it will need to know about the current month, but do you want it to remember, log or somehow save the history? Because that increases the complexity. Notifications: "notifications will be presented to the iphone user on the main screen.” Not sure what you mean here, main screen in app or iPhone home screen & lock screen. Both are possible though, and since iOS it’s also possible to react to when the user actively rejects a notification. So that part is doable as well. The notification handling will probably be the most complex part, because of the scheduling and what has and hasn’t been consumed. App Store Publishing to the App Store is not a problem, but you’ll need a Apple Dev account to do so, if you don’t have one already. I’m willing to say $750, but it’s still hard to say without knowing what else will need to be done. Best/ John Grönlund
