Develop a Mac Application typically as an ANE (Adobe Native Extension)

We are developing an Adobe Flex application, for which we need to build extensions on Mac. These extensions will need to be done in Objective-C and will need to be integrated with Flex libraries, which I will take care of. I just need someone to implement these functions. The functions are such as 1. Implement a encryption scheme using our algorithm (already developed in Windows) 2. Getting file details 3. Resizing image files 4. Encrypting / Decrypting image files (algorithm already developed in Windows) 5. Getting hardware information 6. Get bounding box of alpha mask(s) in an image Please feel free to discuss each functionality.
