Develop a iPad and iPhone game

I want the game to be a simulation in ancient times. I want the play and the battle to be similar to "Age of Empires" on the PC. I want a reward system and in-app purchase system that benefits the player and benefits myself. In essence, I want to see how the player can be directed to make purchase for their need The rewards could be gold, it could be fruit, it could be materials. It could be a combination . But i want the game-real time simulation. With infantry and archers and knights and chariots. Materials should be gathered by the units (Civilians - who produce science) and need protection. There needs to be 2 files ( back up file for iOS app link) and (Deep link) Please let me know your desire to do this game and please submit a proposal knowing you read the above.
