Hi, this is more of an advisory than a bid.
I did a preliminary analysis of the files and it looks like they have been encrypted, most likely by one of the viruses that you removed. There is a growing trend of so called Ransomware at the moment, where a virus will encrypt important files and demand a ransom from the user to decrypt them again. The Wikipedia pages for Ransomware and CryptoLocker provide more information on this subject. Whether it is possible to recover the files or not depends on the virus. Some viruses have known faults that allow the files to be recovered without paying the ransom whereas others are near impossible to defeat without paying. The important thing is to identify the virus that did it, if you used an Anti-Virus product it may well have kept a record of what the virus was when it removed it. If you can find out this information then it will be possible to determine the available options.
