CMS - Site needs 2 text editors and image uploader installed

I have an existing website that needs text editors installed for 2 pages. Something like ckeditor would be fine. I also need an area to upload images for use within the text editors. Images should default to getting resized and optimized to 250 pixels wide by default, with the option to input another width, if desired. When uploaded and resized, images should not get distorted - height will be proportionate. After images have been uploaded, user should be able to browse within the fck toolbar for the image, to insert within the text editor. User should also have the option to delete images from the server after they have been uploaded. Thanks for your interest!
