custom simple mailer

Need to create a properly formmated HTML email / newsletter and mail to selected users. Data stored in MySql Need to select Client and or Client by groups (inc Test a group) HTML email / newsletter - 4 or 5 styles to choose from including Header / Footer and TWO column Body, 3 column body, 1 column body need to able edit Text / insert images - perhaps using CKEditor Code generated needs to be clean so Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook and other email clients don't garble or reject it. Process for users needs to be simple ============================== User will login to their website ie. http:/[login to view URL] Select email/Newsletter New format or copy from an old email/newletter format Need to provide a function to upload images into [login to view URL] User will select images from this location Enter/edit text / Images and save with a name (saved in [login to view URL]) option to Preview Select the predefined Test Group and send a email / newsletter to test. Will need to include messages "if this email is not displayed correctly Click Here" with url ie. [login to view URL] - at the Top of the newsletter "If you don't want future newsletters Unsubscribe" with a mailto link at the bottom of the newsletter Once Email/newsletter is tested the users then select either ALL Clients or a Client Group to mail to and Send. Date / time and email/newsletter name to be recorded for each client ie. History ---------------------------- All code to be provided. This is a simple project - I'm not expecting any requirements for paid 3rd party components. Payment by Escrow only - once I have fully tested it on my PC / website for 3- 5 days. 100% on completion only. need to provide help and support for 30 days - bonus may be paid depnding on quality/speed of work and support.
