ASP Auction Software

I am in need of a fully automated bidding type site. Exactly like ([login to view URL])and this site ([login to view URL]), All On One Site. I need this auction seperated into Standard Auction , Dutch Auction, and Reverse Auction. This site is for an entirely different market and will have some variations that differ from this site. For the half that's like ([login to view URL]) I am looking for these basic features: 1. Buyers and Sellers sections. Buyers need to pay a monthly fee in order to bid. Their credit card is billed every at the end of every month. 2. Roughly 15 different categories for buyers and sellers to post and bid on projects. Each category has it's own sub set of pages. Each page list up to 20 or 30 projects in order by the date they were posted. Each project is clickable to view the details and other bidders bids 3. A seller must be a member to bid on projects. They will have a company profile associated with their membership. This profile will be much like a resume with feedback from buyers they did work for. 4. Buyers do not need to pay, but will need to complete a short form to post projects. 5. An internal private message area must be available for all sellers to initiate communications with buyers. No commisions will be collected from any project by the site. All revenue will be from seller memberships. A type of discloser must be agreed to by the seller in order to view certain projects. For the (ebay)type auction I need a very user freindly interface, much like ebay. It must have all types of billing options. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
