ASP to PHP conversion...

I have a small program that allows the admin to select coordinates on an uploaded map (jpeg) and, in turn, this would publish a flash map that could be used on a website. - [here][1] is the admin interface - [here][2] is the published map1 The interface also produces an identical flash map (/[login to view URL]) but within a different format. I rencently hired a coder to convert this program from ASP to PHP. Unfortunately, he didn't finish the job (it's about 95% complete). I'm looking for a coder who can finish this conversion ASAP. Most of the work has already been done but I need someone who can troubleshoot (ie make modifications) so that the program actually works! The program should run from within a single dirctory (+ maps subdirectory). Some Flash skills may be required - not sure (take a look the attched file). I've attached both version of the program (ASP and PHP). Please take a look before posting a bid. Again, please only post a bid if you're able to do this ASAP.
