ASP Site Upgrades

I own a site at <[login to view URL]>. The site is coded in ASP and hosted on a windows server. I would like some changes made to the code that powers the site, a full project description is attached inWord format. 1) There are 5-7 drop down menus that need to have their menu items changed. 2) Users can upload images of their properties. However, the image thumbnails are too small to view. At a minimum I would like the image thumbnails to be made larger, while not interfering with the site design. Additionally, I would like a feature where the user can click on the thumbnail which will open a window containing the full size of the image that was uploaded. 3) There are several field names that need to be changed. 4)I would also like the ability to list the number of rental properties that are in the system for each region. It would be nice if each state and city had parentheses next to it showing the number of listings for each state and then each city. 5) and finally, I am unhappy with my current webhost. I have signed up for a new webhost with more capabilities and will need to have the site transferred and reinstalled. I'm not sure if this is a big job or not, so please be sure to include it in your bidding. This is not in the attached zip file, but still a requirement ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
