Please review the attached zipped file with information before bidding and asking any additional questions. We currently have a shopping site that is unfinished. We need the site either re-built or finished. It needs a complete backend administration site and a shopping cart for e-commerce based on asp on win2k and sql server. The current site uses asp for the backend and xml and asp for the shopping site. It just might be feasible and faster to develop a brand new site from scratch - upto you. All links should be ralative. All HTML should be well formed. ASP codes should be commented and well formed. Re-use code as much as possible. Keep headers and footers in includes directory, images in images directory. Should have a consistent look and feel. Errors should be handled so that no pages displays default error message. Site must be professional and good looking. Develop all required images as necessary. If photoshop or other image editing s/w used, all of the original iamges in their native forms must also be submitted. 4) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform - ASP - Win2K - SQL Server 2000 - ASPUpload - ASPEmail - Ver 4.0 and higer of all versions of IE and Netscape - Possibly msXMLDom on server (if re-building existing site).
