Building Management Application

our client needs a database application to manage multiple building and tennents. Need to have the ability to generate reports and run queries, Input departments, Buildings, tenants, etc... ## Deliverables We want bids for creating this application in ACCESS 2000, Or ASP application and doing both. The database used for data storage will be Access. The database will consist of 4 tables, 1. Building table with all of the building information, A Department table with all of the appropriate department information like Building name, department name, the floors that they are located on, the total square footage of that department's use, a place to put the % of the department's use 3. User common table that hold information about a building and floor that is common to all tenants. 4. A Floor Separate Table this holds all the information about a particular building's floor such as Total floor space, non-chargeable, rental space and common areas. The application must be very dynamic and all data must be able to be modified by an admin and viewed by other personnel. There should be a min menu for both admin and visitor be able to locate a tenant, department, building or floor and retrieve the required information. Also should have the ability to print a NICE report. There are a minimum of 4 reports and have the ability to generate a dynamic report based on check marked boxes of requested data. ## Deadline information 30 days to complete
