Bulkemails Web Site Application

What I want is.. A bulk emailer web based application to be developed and instruction for hosting it on my server. I should be able to send unlimitted emails people per day. Also my clients can create their login id password and send the emails to their customers 1. User login 2. Admin panel 3. Customer can choose password 4. Schedule the emails viz day time and template. 5. Customer can upload his emails by xlsx,xls,doc,docx,txt,csv format. 6. such data shoulbe saved in our database so that we can access it later. 7. We have got our database which we can give to the clients who can mail them for their campaign. but that data will not be visible only drop down menus will be their according as follows a. category [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] c. no of emails(emty numeric value field) admin pannel should give us the facility to add, delete and edit no of categories, locations. stock email database, add, delete, edit customer account details. allow, block the customer account. decide the price for using the facility. create plans and packages to sell them to the customer 8. We will allot no of emails to be sent and duration for that which will remain in the customes balance. He can contact us and to increase his emails balance to be sent. 9. Contact page will show our contact details and bank details so that one can send money online using netbanking, direct transfer. 10. News letter designing.
