CCTV Video capture and live viewing

We require three applications one to run on Linux and the other two to run on windows XP. The Linux application is a standalone application that controls all the functions supported by the capture card and driver. The driver and API's are supplied with full working samples of each function and source code. This application will display live video on screen as well as store the video, audio data in m-peg4 format, note the driver dose not support video 4 linux. The Windows application will do the same but will support multibile capture cards again drivers and all APIs with working samples and source code is supplied. The third application is windows based as well and is used for remote management. This application connects to either the linux or windows standalone application via the internet or lan. The reason this application is windows based as it require's hardware m-peg4 decoder cards that connect to video servers that stream the video back to both the standalone and remote managment software again drivers, API's and source code is supplied for video servers and decoder cards also documentation is also supplied for each hardware device. The Coder must also supply all graphics and design a graphical interface for each application ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux, Windows XP, Mobile Java, Windows Mobile 5, and Internet Explorer
