CSS Dropdown-Flyout Menu

_Project Description_ I require a clone of the following dropdown/flyout menu for my website: [login to view URL] _Specific Project Requirements_ 1. Navigation must match ‘[login to view URL]’ layout and be easily customizable. 2. The color scheme must be customizable by the user based on the file ‘[login to view URL]’. The user should be able to access /football/leagues/[login to view URL] and choose the color scheme which they would like to have applied to the navigation menu. 3. Specific menus should only be available to particular users of the website based on a userid from a table. _Specific Expectations and Deliverables_ 1. Coder will be responsible for developing both the front end and backend of this menu to include any database tables and pages which may be necessary to control color schemes and customization. 2. Coder will take into account performance and browser compatibility requirements so that this menu works in all modern browsers (i.e. IE6, Firefox, etc.) 3. Coder will work closely with me to ensure complete satisfaction prior to the project closing. 4. Ease of use and the ability to easily add and edit links and menus is a must. _Future Employment_ 1. Once this menu has been tested and prject closed. I would like to begin work modifying the tables and display of my website so that the user can control the visual appearance based on the ‘[login to view URL]’ file. Much like the menu itself I want to be able to display all of the pages in my site, whether dynamic or static, based on the user’s color preference. It’s my hope that the coder who completes this project also has the knowledge and desire to complete this work as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform CSS ASP
