Checks DB, if unique, forwards user to an ''Avaible Link/product'' - ASP/SQL

I have a bunch of links for licenses for one of our products to download. We need a script that will check to see if this user's email address is unique, if unique, assign them a license Key. This key is used in a Link that the user would be forwarded to so they can download their product. So i will have a table on MS SQL 2003 that has the License and Email fields in it (and whatever else you need). Script would read email address, check DB for unique email. If no email found, then it would assign it the next available License. To mark that that license is taken, it would update that Row with the new Email address of the user Then once done (assuming you dont think somehting else needs to happen), it forwards the user to a link. The link has a variable (their License more or less). So the script would append the value from the DB in it, and pass the user to that page to download their product. ## Deliverables We would like to get this done asap.
