Classified Ad - Website

Our company is trying to hire someone to create classified ad software. We will need the software to be 100% available for modification. No portion of it will be encrypted or encoded. We will need to own the rights of the software once it has been created and paid for. We will also need the software to have a very useful administration. We own this domain and purchased this software from a vendor but do not have the ability to modify it because the core file are encrypted from the vendor. We need software created that looks almost identical to this software on [login to view URL] with the same features, but different enough to not be copyrighting. Once I award the project I will give access to the administration side of the software and server files to determine what features we need on the administration side. There will be future work for this project to maintain the software as needed, this may be weekly or monthly depending on the customer base received once the site goes live. Here is a list of some of the features we will need in the software. I will have a conference call with whoever is awarded the project to explain in detail the requirements of the software. 1. It shows up on the homepage and is rotated through with all the other ads that paid for featured ads. 9. Easily change the color of the site template.
