Convert PHP Class to COM Object or VbScript Class

Hi, I need someone to convert the PHP Class, AddressStandardizationSolution which is found in the file addr-tx.inc. It takes an address line as input and returns the United States Postal Service version of the address. [login to view URL] is a test web page that takes an address, passes it through the class and then returns the standardized address. I would like you to convert this PHP class to either a VbScript class, VB COM Object, or C++ Com Object (Whatever you are most comfortable doing) I will be calling this class primarily from ASP and DTS jobs inside SQL Server. You should create a basic ASP page that is similiar to the PHP test page included in order to test that your conversion produces the same output as the original PHP class. I will be conducting that same test to determine if the coding work is accurate. ## Deliverables If delivering a VbScript class I want the source code. If delivering a COM object please provide the binary COM dll in addition to source files and compilation instructions. Please do not build in any dependencies to any third party objects that would restrict my usage of the final solution.
