Coupon/Discount website in ASP.NET

We need an excellent ASP.NET programmer to develop a portal for displaying coupons and discounts online. The portal will basically be structured as a directory, with different categories in it. Each category will have subcategories (such as: Clothing > Men's clothing). The discounts will be entered directly by merchants into the various categories. Each discount will first need to be approved by one of our staff members, before it gets displayed online. Once it is approved, the discount will be displayed online and users will be able to find it by clicking on a category in the directory, or by searching for discounts using keyword, location or discount amount. Individual discounts will be displayed on a page that will include their title, description, restrictions, which stores it applies at and when it expires. At the bottom of the page will be an optional coupon for users to print out. There will also be a checkbox which will enable users to receive alerts by email each time a specific merchant posts a new discount. This alert system will require keeping a list of all people who signed up to receive alerts, and which merchants they want to receive alerts from. We will provide screenshots for all the appropriate screens, so you won't need to figure out the interface or graphics, just to do the actual programming. It is essential that this application be scalable and reliable. We will need to run several of these portals, so the system must be able to run multiple instances of this application. Most importantly, we need this application developed quickly and will therefore want to work directly with the developer/s exclusively for the next 1 -2 months on this project. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
