Custom Moodle Site/Courses -- Transfer from WebCT

Hi, I am looking for someone who can create a custom Moodle site with an integrated e-commerce solution for our small prep-course business. Our prep courses are now available online using WebCT (e-commerce is via Linkpoint) and we would like to switch the business over to Moodle. We would require the following: 1. Custom skin based on graphics and content from our current website. 2. Easy payment with a custom shopping cart and access to courses online with a simple and efficient enrolment system. 3. Migration of our current courses (3 total – each with text, images, quizzes, and audio) from WebCT to Moodle. Courses should be protected from search engines or unauthorized users. 4. Transfer of all current WebCT students to new Moodle courses. 5. Instructions for our staff to follow for maintaining/administering the site, creating new courses and updating course content. We would provide all courses to upload (in the format of WebCT files) and all website written content. Overall, we would like you to create a website with a simple layout that can be developed as cost-efficiently as possible. Experience with Moodle is necessary.
