C# / MSSQL Developer - Long term outsourcing business partner sought.

I am looking for an individual that would like to begin working on a small project that will over time expand and require managing a small team of software developers and outsourcers. The person must be very flexible in their work, able to consider not just complex programming tasks, but also other elements such as project planning, hardware, website design and more routine tasks. The person would be working exclusively with me, although we may later take in work from 3rd parties. The job will involve, from time to time, sourcing and managing freelancers to complete tasks for which we do not have in-house skills. Experience is less important than a willingness to learn and a positive, self-motivated working attitude. For my part, I have successfully been involved in setting up two small outsourcing companies of this nature and would now like to repeat this success. The relationship will require a large amount of trust and good communication. You must speak English. I am based in Berlin, Germany. It is not important where you are based, although I have a preference for eastern European countries. The salary will be paid monthly, and it will be possible for me to offer guaranteed employment for a fixed period into the future, thereby offering some job security. Please also consider and give me an estimate of the salary you would require for the first year and the salary you would like to be earning in the second year. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
