AI chat bot in vbscript

We have a chat bot like infigon.com. Our bot doesn't use regular expression match but works on a typical search engine model that doesn't generate human like response. we want it updated with Artificial Intelligence coded in vb \ vbscript .Use any method you know . The backend will be MySql. we have output in special XML like format which client program can understand, you have to stick to it. Don't use XML to store data on server like most client bots do. Our bot uses vbscript to search answers in database instead of XML . The search results should come fast, should use server resources optimally and genarate precise responses. All question answers pairs are fed manually with a form. we want the responses to be more accurate Source codes and access to database will be provided to selected coder.. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
