Data Extraction from websites

I need am experienced programmer to deliver web scrap program to mine datas from simple html file to excel csv file or access or even mysql db. the bidder should have done this kind of project before. Criteria: 1. when i run the program for the first time it should import all the datas from the link and there after when i run the program, the program it should collect the latest or newly added datas from the link and import. 2. It should be user friendly and therefore i need to specify only the url to collect the datas. 3. Must be capable of scrapping all the kind of datas including images and text from html link in the source website. 4. The datas to scrap includes the type of websites like job portals, articles sites, embeded youtube video urls, real estate posting, matrimonial or dating profiles 5. Should able to scrap one site per run. (Not all the sites at the same time) 6. Only manual run not automated This is serious bid and please bid only if you done this kind of project before.
