ARM7 embedded device GUI development

We have a custom designed hand-held battery powered data collection device with several buttons and a 160x128 pixel OLED screen. We need a slick looking one page graphical user interface designed that will work with our system. The device is powered by an ARM7TDMI LPC2148 processor that receives input from 6 buttons, drives the OLED display and is connected to a 1MB memory chip. I will provide the winning bidder with sample code that compiles and runs on the hardware already that shows how to communicate with and control the OLED display. The interface needs to incorporate our product logo which we will provide. It should also display several numbers that are incremented every time a button is pressed. Displaying the numbers will probably require figuring out how to incorporate a font into our system. I'll also provide all the relevant documentation I have, including a basic schematic that shows all the relevant connections from the processor on our device. It is an LPC2148 driving an OSD-6028GDEBF01 OLED display. I would rather not use an operating system as speed is an issue, we need the graphics to load and refresh faster than a person would notice. If bidders are familiar with any license free graphics libraries we can use that would be just fine, as long as it looks good and loads quickly. So basically, I'll provide you with code that when the device turns on it draws a square and circle or something basic like that, and we need someone to modify that code to create a graphically appealing GUI that incorporates 6 numbers that are changed based on which button is pressed (I'll provide better details on that when we pick a coder, but the button operation is very basic).
