Advanced Windows registry cleaner

I would like a registry cleaner application compatible with All Windows platforms. I don't want a generic registry cleaner backend app that uses the same detection algorythms as 90% of all cleaners on the web. I want the backend to use a newer updated algorythm, to scan deeper than the standard apps such as [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I want the front end to look very user friendly, and high tech looking, similar to: [login to view URL] similar, not exactly the same. Would like it to do a free scan when it is an unregistered. And only repair when it is paid for and registered. Would like it to have server side licensing, stored in Database. If user refunds software, I need the power to disable there software. I.e. sofware checks if license is good via internet. Must also have PHP script that will generate the key upon order of the software, and will store key, and email, and first / last name, and order #. Please, only serious coders bid. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
