Client/Server Project in C++ Please find the attached document for your consideration. Our company is interested in developing this mission critical package in C++; the package is data driven and it involves seven (7) phases. Each phase is very demanding and challenging; Phases 4, 5 & 6 are very voluminous; to accept your bid the following conditions must be met: a. Your company must have experts in C++ and SQL Server b. Your company needs to provide the demo of phase1 and 2 of this project written in C++ c. A demo of client/server application your company must have developed for people in SQL Server environment that supports multi-user (networking environment) d. Screenshots which show forms, help facility, context menu, graphs (pie chart, bar charts etc) written in C++ e. Your company must have handled projects for some people under rentacoder which involve C++; Hence new providers are not welcome Once we accept your bid you must ready to satisfy the following conditions failure to do so will lead to arbitrations of this project and re-award to another company: 1. Ready to be submitting daily progress reports by sending the executable and screen shots 2. Phase 1,2,3 should be ready within the first 3days of accepting this project 3. Phases 4,5 must be ready within 2 weeks of accepting the project 4. Phase 6 must be ready by the end of the third week of accepting the project 5. Phase 7 must be ready within the fifth week of accepting the project 6. Ready to sign an agreement of non-disclosure of the property or selling the product to another company 7. Ready to deliver flawless codes A bidder/company that meets the above conditions will earn a bonus of USD200.00 after the completion of the project. Be aware that the documents will be ready in phases in other to monitor the progress; Phase 1 and 2 have been released; therefore once your bid is accepted we will send phase3 to you. Basically phase3 contains all the tables (about 150 tables) that will be created in SQL server environment. Please be guided that the attached document only contain phase 1 & 2 and summary of what you will see in phase3,4,5,6,7 if you the project is awarded to you. Very voluminous documents will be provided to the winner in order to understand what the package stands to achieve. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 2000,NT, XP
