Clone of Nero Drive Speed

We need an tool similar to Nero Drive Speed. The main feature is to increase or decrease the drive speed of an CD/DVD Drive. We need this tool, developed like an ComDLL with an typelibrary, to import in different projects. The job is to make the ComDLL and an Sample App. ComDLL need to have an function interface similar to the Nero Drive Speed. Like: - Get Devices - Get Current Speed - Get Max Read Speed CD - Get Max Read Speed DVD - Set Read Speed - Set Device - Set Stop Important: We need this dll only for Windows2000,XP and above. No old 98/ME crap is needed. So we prefer to use the IOCtrl and not the Winaspi.
