Although this application is easy enough, but its a bit confusing as nothing similar has been developed too often.
Following are the raw specifications, there might be minor additions and removals while proceeding, but the basic structure remains the same all throughout.

- Complete Qelly Functionality including Power Search & Settings integratd in this DSA using the available XML (WSDL) Webservice.
- Tray Minimization just like ~, also, when ON, Single-left-click on the tray icon opens a compact baloon text box to enter the search term.
- Shortcut Funcationality, the most important and integral part of this DSA. Pressing 'Ctrl + left/right click' on ANY text in ANY application should automatically be searched by the application. If possible, the user should be able to define his own shortcuts.
- DSA Activation, a simple activation process, JUST for the record of number of users. Its a completely free application, so not too much effort is required on this feature.
- **proxy**: User should be able to use **proxies** if required, as in the 'connections' tab of ~.
- Application Update - just as in ~
- Run the DSA on System startup
- Search Term History settings, (keep for x days, clear history), as in ~.
- Appearance: Customizable fonts and colors.
- Language: English (Default & Primary), Chinese, Deutsch (German), French, Italian and Epsanol (spanish)
- Window Setting: Use the last used size, fixed custom size or default size. As in ~.
- Show on top of all other windows.
- Mouse & Keyboard Fire-on!: 'Ctrl/alt or shift + Click' = Mouse Fire-on & 'F2-F12' = Keyboard Fire-on.
- Conversion: Just currency and time conversions, not measurements and anything else as in ~.
- Ad Display: Paid Listings Display on the DSA using XML Data Feeds.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
