C++ arithmetic operations

C++ project help needed. I'm tied up with some other projects and don't have enough time for this. Basically the project is about an arithmetic operations on a table (2-dimensional array) of single digit integers (ie 0 to 9 inclusive). You will be using a table with 3 rows and 10 columns. Write a program (using C++) to perform the various activities. More information on the project available in the attachment. I'm not sure how much to ask for this particular project, but as I'm still a student, please understand that I have a budget, and I'll accept coders with reasonable price. Thank you.
