Change a few PHP functions to c#

Hi, I have a few PHP/Smarty classes that I need to be able to use in c#. All I need is to convert the password check (it does md5 and salt checks) in to a format I can use in c#. The same for register. I'll provide you with a copy of the PHP files and will ask for the c# functions back. Please don't just give me stock replies saying how you can do it all etc. I want someone who can do this very simple task very quickly. Please don't bid if you're going to take 3 days to even start this very very simple task. This is a repost as the pricing was wrong on the other one.
